    This is a practice of being, rather than doing, which allows tension to release at a deep level. The support provided by the props creates a feeling of floating. The relaxation response is activated and the body and mind settle in. Absolutely no experience is required.

    This is an upbeat Yoga class that ranges in challenge, flow and style to fit every experience level. Specifically designed to fire up your strength, ignite your intent and build your core.

    Suitable for those who have been practising yoga consistently for at least 3 months and feel they would like more challenge. Expect to hold for longer and to start to do more challenging postures with more flow in between postures. You will always have the option to rest.

    This will always be taught at a suitable level to those present, there will be options given to go further or back off. Be sensitive to yourself and practice at your appropriate level, without judgement, and just enjoy it!

    Mindful Movement consists of gentle stretching and strengthening postures done slowly with moment to moment awareness of the breath and the stations that arise as you move. It cultivates the importance of listening to your own body, in order to honour its wisdom and be present.

Private Classes

Public classes are wonderful places to connect, explore, share and take your space amongst the gathered group and feel the lightness of being in communion with the tribe.

But often we want to be present in a quieter, private way: to be guided individually- or as a smaller group- where our practice can be personalised. And where the deeper yoga happens; of being seen, heard and witnessed.
