Honouring Body, Mind and Soul
'Holistic' comes from the Greek word holos, meaning ‘whole’. Rather than just addressing an immediate symptom, a Holistic therapist will look for the underlying cause by considering current physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual states of a person’s health and wellbeing. We will then work to restore the body’s natural balance, leading to a more sustained and rewarding quality of life.
Effective in addressing countless physical and psychological concerns, from muscular aches and pains to hormonal imbalances, to improved sleep and mental clarity, Holistic therapies are deeply relaxing and provides relief from the stress of everyday life and are non-invasive treatments that help the body to self-heal.
For those of you who enjoy pampering themselves, they are also a fantastic way to indulge and treat yourself to something special and unique.
The Holistic approach to Women's Health help clients resolve period and pelvic pain, optimize their health to prepare for pregnancy, recover postpartum, balance their hormones, improve their sports performance, and optimize their heart, hormone, and brain health in perimenopause and beyond.
Movement & Stillness
Yoga and meditation are practices that have been around for thousands of years, addressing the deeper reaches of the mind and the body. Improvement of balance and posture, enhanced flexibility and range of movement, a calm and consistent temperament are some of the benefits of the practice of yoga and meditation that follow invariably and are proved extremely important for maintaining one’s holistic being.
"Jennyfer was very supportive and attentive to my needs. Her warm manner was comforting and I would highly recommend her service."
