Meditation Experience - Immersion Day

One day immersion on the self through mindfulness meditation - Sunday 23 February, 2020


Learn simple, effective techniques to reconnect to the present moment and yourself and enjoy the long time benefits of meditation.

This immersive one day workshop was specially developed to a small, exclusive group of people guaranteeing every participant devoted attention and creating a safe, relaxed environment to practise and learn.

Suitable for first-time and long-time meditators, everyone can benefit from a dedicated day of practise.



During our 5 hours together we will have plenty opportunity to practise and share our experiences. Here is the outlook of the day:


10:00am - Welcome and short practise

10:30am - Mindfulness talk and practise

12:00- Break

12:45pm - Mindful movement

1:30pm - Experience sharing

2:00pm - Final practise and conclusion


Participants are advised to wear warm comfortable clothes (layers and warm socks) and bring a small blanket if they wish. Blanchardstown village has many options for luch time and snacks, but you are also welcome to bring your food and stay in the premisses. Please arive by 9:45 in order to have a prompt start at 10am.
